Mollusca from the NCBI taxonomy (5632 external nodes) in phyloXML format. Download input data here (this is a zip file, from which Archaeopteryx extracts one phyloXML formatted entry) (the corresponding configuration file is available here). Due to the limited amount of default memory allocated for Java applets, a "Java heap space error" might occur. To correct this, increase the Java applet memory limit with the -Xmx command line option, as described here.
