I work at the Burnham Institute for Medical Research in the laboratory of Dr. Adam Godzik in the bioinformatics and systems biology program.
My research interests are the evolution of (metazoan) pathways involved in cellular signaling (e.g. apoptosis) and animal development, as well as the evolutionary dynamics of protein and genome architectures.
I completed the requirements for a doctoral degree in the laboratory of Dr. Sean Eddy at the Washington University School of Medicine, afterwards I worked for GNF (Genomics Institute of the Novartis Research Foundation).
